We had a quiet Thanksgiving this year, thankfully healthy and surrounded by family and friends. We spent the day at Darrel and Laurie's, and then had my family over for pie in the evening. There is so much that Trenton and I have to be grateful for, and this was the perfect day to celebrate that.
One of my favorite traditions over Thanksgiving weekend is having a sleepover with my nieces and watching the Nebraska game with Trenton's family. It really is the simple things.
