We took an impromptu drive to Estes Park and ended up staying to explore a little longer than we had planned. We stopped along the way for roadside cherry cider, looked at a bunch of beautiful elk, ate the world’s yummiest salt water taffy, hippy danced in the river, and had sandwiches and ice cream at our favorite deli in Boulder. I SHOULD have been studying all weekend, but this was so much more fun.
