We decided to take a very last minute trip to stay in a cabin at the Mount Princeton Hot Springs Resort. It was heavenly. I can't even describe the beauty up there, and the hot springs were incredibly relaxing. Our cabin had a full kitchen, so we ran to the grocery store and grabbed a few ingredients so the kids could make dinner. They prepared BLT's and they were delicious. It means so much to me to spend time with just my family, without any distractions.
