In honor of warmer weather in February, we decided to do a little shopping at an outdoor mall here in the Springs, and then we had dinner at a place called, "Modern Market." It's all fresh, locally grown food and they had a delicious assortment of gluten-free options. I'm always happy when I can literally break bread with my family, and even share pizza with them. It takes the sting out of being so restricted most of the time. Considering how nice it was the day before, we could hardly believe our eyes when we woke up the next morning to find almost two feet of snow! The kids enjoyed 3 snow days in a row and spent those days sledding with their friends. Trenton and I may have had a little fun in the snow too. And in true Colorado fashion, just a couple days after the huge snow storm, we took the kids to the zoo because it was 70 degrees outside.
