I'm not sure if anyone suffers as painfully as I do from the post Christmas blues. It's just so sad when all the anticipation is over and everyone has to start traveling home, and the bills from the holidays start rolling in. Thankfully this year, Heather and Tim didn't have to head back the day after Christmas like they usually do, and Bill and Allie came for a visit during the week between Christmas and New Years. That definitely softened the blow. We had a good time.
