Eight months has been a very productive month for Lyla. She has learned to crawl, now says "Dada" and other two syllable sounds, blows raspberries, and makes a silly scrunchy-faced sound where she breathes in and out really fast. What's funny about it is that she does it to a get a reaction from us...like it's clicked in her sweet little head that she can entertain us. I had to post a picture of her precious little baby head because I'm proud of it. As of her eighth month, her head circumference is on the growth chart, which means that she is no longer considered microcephalic. This ends a very worry filled chapter of our lives.
Lyla started pulling herself up to a standing position about a week ago. Then today, she decided it was time to cruise along the furniture. Oh boy!
