I say it every year, but Autumn truly is my favorite time. It's like a gift from Mother Naturee. The weather is perfect for enjoying the zoo, and the pumpkin patch, and school field trips to the nature center. I love carving pumpkins and figuring out costumes, and going to parties. This year, we had Shannon's birthday at Miramont Castle in Manitou. We did the Victorian tea with dainty sandwiches and frilly hats. The fall foliage in the mountains was absolutely breathtaking.
